(松永 太 Matsunaga Futoshi) was born April 28th 1961.
He is a Japanese serial killer who both conned and tortured his victims in what is publicly known as the Kitakyūshū Serial Murder Incident (北九州連続殺人事件). He was convicted of six seperate counts of murder and one of manslaughter, including two children, He murdered his victims between 1996 and 1998. with an accomplice, Junko Ogata
The crimes were so hideous that the details were not given out in the press for fear of distress. It was reported by " The Japan Times" that it was said by prosecutors the case was " without comparison in the criminal history of our country" eventually some writers such as Ryuzo Saki did publish the details of the crimes

Matsunaga was born in Kokura Kita-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture but grew up in Yanagawa While not the perfect student as he tended to get in trouble his grades were good and he exhibited a good personality, due to the troubles and his relationship with a junior high school girl he was transferred to another school ( he later married and had a son with the girl)
It was in October 1982, while still married he started a relationship with his future partner in crime, Junko Ogata. ( it is also known he had at least 10 mistresses as well as her) After Ogata's mother refused the relationship due to his systematic abuse of her daughter, Matsunaga raped Ogatas mother Shizumi, After this in 1985 Ogata tried to commit suicide. Matsunaga was a very convincing man and managed to persuade Ogata that her family hated her due to bringing dishonour with her suicide attempt, she moved in with him on release from hospital.
Matsunaga had created a futon company named "the world" and began operating from a purchased property in 1985. his vindictive side began to show, he would torture his employees by electrocuting them and playing on their fears by screaming at them that there souls were being stolen by spirits and using words such as: samsara (meaning "continuous flow", the repeating cycle of birth, life and death and reincarnation) and shouting references to Kami (the spirits or phenomena that are worshipped in the religion of Shinto)
His wife finally divorced him escaping with their sun and claiming domestic violence. by this point it is believed he had alread stolen 180 million yen ( approximately $2.2 million) through fraud and blackmail, this attained him and Ogata a place on the nations most wanted list.
